Metronomicon Audio 6.0 will be out as a digital release 11. October!

Every tenth release from Metronomicon Audio is a compilation – simply because the first compilation happened to be release number 10.

Reaching release number 60 we have embraced the opportunity to present a 60 minutes cassette. A huge splash of hybris made us embark upon a project of assembling 60 contributions of 1 minute each. By a meticulous curating process, 6.0 has become a release that meets our great expectations: Pioneering new songs of all styles in the alternative music scene. The list of artists includes most of the label’s own artists, and a great set of invited guests from home and abroad.

The release will later also be released as a  cute cassette, now it’s a digital album, with cover design by Yokoland, using photographs of items that are all 60cm tall.
